Upload Your Process Chain And Costs Spreadsheet
Fill in the spreadsheet template so we can model your full process chain and cost inputs in 3D Spark. Upload the completed file to the shared folder.
Where To Find The Template And Where To Upload
-
Download the spreadsheet template from your shared upload folder: 01_Spreadsheet
-
Upload the completed spreadsheet back to: 01_Spreadsheet
What Information We Need In The Spreadsheet
Please complete the required fields in these areas:
-
Your machines and machine hourly rates
-
Your materials and material costs
-
Your main process costing approach (for example whether build time affects your costing)
-
Your pre-process steps and their cost drivers
-
Your post-process steps and their cost drivers
How To Fill It In
-
Start with Machines And Materials. Add at least the machine and material you want to use first.
-
Fill in Main Process. Indicate whether your costing depends on build time.
-
Fill in Pre And Post Process Steps. Add one process step per row and select one primary cost driver per step.
-
Save the file and upload it to 01_Spreadsheet.
Rules To Avoid Errors
-
Use one row per process step. Do not combine multiple steps in one row.
-
Select one primary cost driver per step. Do not use multiple drivers in the same row.
-
Use consistent units (for example €/h, €/job, €/part).
-
If you are unsure about a field, leave a short note in the spreadsheet instead of guessing.
If You Use Multiple Machines, Materials, Or Parameter Sets
-
Add the most important machine and material first.
-
If you have multiple parameter sets (for example Draft vs Quality), note this in the spreadsheet so your CS contact can decide the next step.
After You Upload
We will review the spreadsheet and set up your process chain and cost model in 3D Spark. If anything essential is missing, your CS contact will reply once with a short list of missing items.
