Page does not respond / Part is uploaded but not visible in the 3D Viewer
The most common reason for this issue is that your security system performs an SSL-Inspection and therefore disconnects the websocket. You can try the following to solve this issue:
- Refresh the page frequently
- Kill VPN and/or leave company network (switch to sim-card/mobile internet or other WLAN) to prevent an SSL-inspection and pinpoint this specific error
- Contact your IT department and request an exception for the URL: platform.3dspark.de. Please put support@3dspark.de in cc so we can react accordingly
- Use support function in 3D Spark platform (button at the top-right of the platform page) to report the issue
