Assemble Evidence: Handover Pack

This SOP explains how CS Ops assembles the final handover package for CSM review and customer communication. This is required for every onboarding, with or without calibration.

Inputs

  • Modeling completion note (machine, material, process chain)

  • If calibration and validation were performed:

    • calibration Summary Spreadsheet

    • validation Summary Spreadsheet

    • Cost WMAPE result and PASS/FAIL

Step 1: Assemble The Final Evidence Folder

In CS_Internal/Evidence, ensure these items exist:

Always include:

  • modeling completion note

  • build time relevant decision note

  • CS Ops completion note

If build time was not relevant:

  • short note stating why no calibration or validation was needed
    Use: Evidence/Onboarding_Execution_Note.docx

If build time was relevant:

  • validation Summary Spreadsheet

  • Cost WMAPE result file

  • PASS/FAIL decision note

If calibration was performed:

  • calibration Summary Spreadsheet

  • calibration completion note

Step 2: Create The CS Ops Completion Note

Create one summary note (use Evidence/Onboarding_Execution_Note.docx) for CSM review containing:

  • what was created or reused in 3D Spark (machine, material, process chain)

  • build time relevant yes/no and why

  • slicer used and preset name used

  • printer path used: reused from library or new printer

  • if validation performed: Cost WMAPE and PASS/FAIL

  • if FAIL: include “accuracy target not achieved”

  • if new printer: confirm library update done or required

Store it in:

  • CS_Internal/Evidence

Step 3: Notify The CSM

Send an internal message to the CSM:

  • “Setup ready for review”

  • where the evidence pack lives

  • key result summary (build time relevant, calibration performed yes/no, Cost WMAPE PASS/FAIL)

Completion Criteria

You are done when:

  • CS_Internal/Evidence contains the complete handover pack

  • CSM is notified internally
