2D-to-3D Features

  1. To upload a picture, pdf or describe what you would like to create, click on the “+ Part” button.
  2. On the Input page, choose the “Technical Drawing”, “Image” or “Text” option.
    1. If “Technical Drawing” is chosen, Upload the drawing by clicking the upload button marked in the picture below.
    2. If “Image” option is chosen, Upload the picture by clicking the upload button marked in the picture below. You must also enter the Maximum Dimension (mm) and agree to consent.
    3. If you choose the “Text” option, type in the description in Prompt box along with the Maximum Dimension (mm) and agree to consent.
  3. Now click on “Generate Geometry” to generate the 3D model. Then proceed with the analysis like any other 3D model.
  4. You can also download the 3D model after it has been generated. Click on the download button by going to the “CAD File” option as shown in the picture below.
